Description

The Zero 544A utility threshold plate is an aluminium extrusion, used to provide a level raised platform for a door bottom seal to rest on, for the purpose of sealing the gap between the bottom of the door and floor. When used in conjunction with door bottom seals, it prevents weather, fire, smoke, and sound infiltration. The thicker walls of the threshold plate, are designed to prevent buckling under pressure and are ideal for heavy wheeled traffic like wheelchairs. This seal’s low profile makes it ideal for use in areas with accessibility requirements.
